Dr. Payne was born and raised here in the Siouxland area and received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine ( DVM ) from Iowa State University in 2023.  Dr. Payne enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with family, friends and her Siberian Husky, Jasper.  Dr Payne loves working with dogs, cats and exotics.
